That to me is the scary part. Are we humans (and I don't mean us, more like a general we) so self centered and cold hearted, that we can't do what's right without being forced into it? Don't drink and drive, you can loose your license; don't walk into the middle of the street, you can get a ticket for jaywalking; don't litter, you can get a fine; etc. Really?!?!?!?!?
