I talk to my dog constantly. She understands almost everything I say. I can tell by the way she reacts. She does tilt her head a lot also. I do feel a little weird talking to her when I'm out walking or in public, but I can't help it. She will stare at me at times wondering what we are going to do...so I have to tell her. LOL!
