That sucks that it happened on a Flexi, bc I don't think there is any other brand out there that is better than Flexi. If I switch brands it will be for the worse. I just love retractables and how much better Uni behaves when she is on one.
Was it the metal spring loaded clip part that came undone, or was it another part?
