I remember a few years back, LAX confiscated some puppies from a Korean puppymill. The dogs were taken to an LA shelter, where when they were ready, they were auctioned off. Here is an article about it:
From the Desk of Ed Boks: December 2008
"Ed Boks, the general manager of L.A. Animal Services, is
required by City law to hold an auction when more than one person wants an animal."
In this case, if the puppy was confiscated in a similar manner, how would it have been handed over to the HollyRod foundation? There is something going on that seems to be hidden.
