I had a retractable leash that did the same thing to me 4 yrs ago....luckily Lil' Miss Izzie didn't even realize that it had come undone...needless to say I have never used it again
....Now I only use the harnesses/leashes from that I purchased here from chattiesmom...I am so relieved that Teddy is alright....
