I love the shakes! But I love all the different ones - dreamsicle; key lime pie, etc. So, I look forward to them.
Now if I can just quit eating chips N dip!
I'm going to do one of their classes the next one they do. 3-4 women in unit at work go to the classes and I think this will help me as well.
Thanks for the info! |
Your welcome! I've come to learn from all the ladies in my mom's "Nutrition Club" that the key to healthy living is sticking to it. It's harder to do it with food because there is so much to consider. Balance protein with veggies, fruits, carbs, and on. The shake is a little help, but it really comes from the person.
There is one lady who is obese and has been coming here for years to get help with weight management. She has gained more than she has lost. She thinks the shakes are a magic solution to her obesity. She comes here to eat the shake for breakfast, and on any given day immediately goes to IHOP afterward to eat pancakes.

Nothing is a magic pill, powder, or technique. That just doesn't exist.
