I think she is just use to what you had her trained to do before. Give it time, she'll get it.

For example, Kaji is trained to go on a piddle pad in the bathroom. If I forget to put one down for him, he still goes in the bathroom, because that is the designated potty spot. They're smart, and can catch on quick! But, we have to remember they don't speak human, and we don't speak dog. When teaching them, so you have to take that into consideration as well. If the pen has enough room for her to comfortably pee in one spot and it's far away from her bedding and food, it might be too much room. Make it smaller, and relocate if you have to so she doesn't associate it as a potty spot.

She's also very little, meaning she might be needing a potty break every 1-2 hours. If you have the time, take her out often, and only let her roam and play outside of the pen after she has piddled.
