 Yorkies and Children
I own a rescued Yorkie named Ollie. We got him at around 8 months and he is now 3. He is so sweet around adults and is a joy to us but the minute a child walks in or someone brings in a baby he gets very nervous and even aggressive. My children are grown but I just found out I'm going to be a grandmother for the first time. I don't want it to be Ollie or the baby. What can I do to desensitize him to children without traumatizing children in the process? Help! |
