My neutered little guy will mark when we are visiting other houses and also pees when he gets excited. To keep him a polite houseguest and to save my carpet and floors, we have resorted to a belly band. I hate using it but it works... Rocks does not seem to mind having it on but housebreaking has been difficult since he will relieve himself with the belly band on in the house (even after he has been taken outside)....
