I can't click on the link. I don't want to see it. But definitely do not agree that shock collars should be used.

I have an acquantance / coworker who does not agree with me. She got one for her mixed breed (beagle and something) because she needed to block off part of her yard that the dog was tearing up. I told her he was just bored while she was gone and she should consider putting Joey in a doggie day care while she is at work. She didn't want to spend the money and there wasn't one who was on her actual route to work.

It is now the only thing I can think of when I have to speak to her regarding something work related. Makes me queasy when I see her name in my inbox!
