I always kid my husband. Mosquitos go after him like crazy, yet I am never bit. I tell him it's bc he is the sweet one and I'm full of vinegar! I'll have to tell him of your lemon repellant!
As to walking, we are not walking in this heat, either. We actually started cutting down on time outside since Gidget was diagnosed w allergies this spring, but this heat is really getting us to stay inside. She now is amused by going for rides (in AC car!) and going into pet-friendly local stores in her carrier. She's not spoiled at all!
