Go to ehow.com they have plans on how to make one from a garbage can. We have been using it for two years now and it works well. We used a flip top can. I can step on the opener and the lid flips up, make my deposit and close the lid. Done. Ours is twenty feet away from our deck and we don't smell it at all. Up keep is minimal just add water and more doggie doolie chemicals as needed. |
