One thing I have tried (and I say TRIED) to learn is to treat my dog and not its blood work. I am concerned with labs, but as my vet recently told me, you can chase labs forever. If the dog isn't sick, I'm not sure how far I'd go. See what they say and what they recommend for Lucy. They might want to try her on the Hill's l/d and repeat BATs or they may want you to do other diagnostics. I would say though that the #s are definitely not normal, not even close. I'm really sorry for you and Lucy.
Her fasting or preprandial results were high, both times. Way high. I've never seen results like this.
