I'm sorry to hear that Lucy's BATs were so high. I did not realize that they were so high the first time around. I'm actually surprised about the fasting liver enzyme values being so low and the BATs being so far off of reference. But don't despair - you don't have all the information yet and my guess is you will need further diagnostics to figure this out. If it is at all reassuring, I can tell you that my dog was 93 PRE and 107 POST at the time of diagnosis and that number is now 13 PRE and 3 POST
One thing I have tried (and I say TRIED) to learn is to treat my dog and not its blood work. I am concerned with labs, but as my vet recently told me, you can chase labs forever. If the dog isn't sick, I'm not sure how far I'd go. See what they say and what they recommend for Lucy. They might want to try her on the Hill's l/d and repeat BATs or they may want you to do other diagnostics. I would say though that the #s are definitely not normal, not even close. I'm really sorry for you and Lucy.
