It does sound like she has an ear infection and when you take her to the vet I would also ask about the throwing up. Dry dog food is much better for there teeth then wet food also you should brush her teeth to keep them healthy and it will make her less likely to lose them in the future. My groomer plucks the ear hair everytime she gets groomed but sometimes if I wait longer between groomings or for some reason they didnt do it good I will do it. I bathe Callie weekly sometimes every two weeks in the winter. Yorkies dont have undercoats so they can get colder then other dogs some more so then others if you live in a place that gets cold winters you will probably want to buy her a jacket or two.
