I never let mine off lead. The couple of times he has darted out the door, he has followed us, but I'm too afraid he would run off to let him out on purpose. My dad doesn't use a leash on his Yorkie, he is ALWAYS off leash. He always follows my dad and will not run away, but there have been a few close calls where he nearly got attacked. |
