Well, which is it? First you say she has an excellent reputation on this site, then you say her reputation is bad? I don't get it.
What is the age of your pup? Given it's questionable past, the rejection by the mother (they often know when something is wrong when the abandon one pup and concentrate on the rest), using him to breed is very risky. Also, you won't know until he is grown if he will be a good breeding candidate. You don't know if he'll have liver shunt, LP, level topline, good structure, proper coat, etc for quite a while.
Please, just let him live his life as a well-loved little guy.
