Did your friend see the parents?? The thing with other registrations is that non-purebred dogs can be registered as purebreds. They don't check, they simply ask $5 for the litter and $1 per a pup for (APRI) registration!!
I found that out from the breeder that I was going to get a biewer from...and I started RUNNING!
