I didn't know before and I registered Uni with ACA. They don't even require witness or proof the dog is purebred, just your check.  |
Yes, both my babies and the new one I'm getting are all AKC.
Someone told me their dog was duel registered and that it was better.
I also have a friend who got a purebred puppy the other day registered APRI. I looked at the ladies website and just groaned. She actually met her in a gas station parking lot to pick up the puppy. He was 12 weeks old (thank goodness for that) but already weighs 4 pounds and his price was reduced because of his age. She told her for more $$$ she would send in her AKC papers and he'd be duel registered
