Most reputible breeders don't let their babies go before 12 weeks. Gizmo was a puppymill/BYB dog and he was taken away at 8 weeks. Thankfully he hasn't been too challenging, but alot of times being so young you literally have to start from square one with everything.
This can casue alot of stress and heartache not just for the puppy but for the owner too.
So, see if you can get her to keep the little pumpkin a few weeks longer.
