We've had Ozzy since June 27 and he's making progress, but I know it'll be at least a few more months before I'm comfortable letting him out of my sight AT ALL in the house. But we will still be taking him outside lots for potty times and play times. It's a commitment to include the little guy in our family. We let him sleep with us on the bed. He loves it and he doesn't make a peep all night. He even likes to sleep in on the weekends |
Our goal is to have him sleep with us in bed. For now I worry he will jump- or roll off the bed and hurt himself. Or jump out of bed and chew on the carpet while we are asleep. I read somewhere that having him sleep with you in bed wrecks the balance of power between you as the trainer and him as the follower. But we hope to get to that point one day and if we could sleep in- that would be icing on the cake!!
