Have fun with it - I do!  | Hi Pattie Poor baby falling on her face Have you tried putting large safety pins on the sides kinda lifting the strap. By using the safety pins you can still use it when she gets bigger. I have started making somethings for my girls with the Velcro on the outer side, not the most attractive but much comfortable for hanging around the house and for when their hair is long. Things I have not made myself I have made changes remove the Velcro & replaced it or just covered it....just play around with it when you have some free time.
