Ok now if it's a human child that did it, I would make the parent clean it up, but many many times, people have brought their dog in my shop and they had an accident, and they just say oh I'm sorry and don't even try to pretend to clean it up! I have to do it like I'm their hired help!
I should do that next time. hand them the napkins and lysol.
