If you have not already, I would suggest you do a consult with a board certified internal med vet.
As for her not eating, ask your vet if perhaps you could try Mirtazapine. I had a yorkie with renal disease and that medicine was amazing. He was so sick and would not eat. The day after starting on that med he started eating! It helps with the nausea and also is an appetite stimulant.
