Or how about the time I was in a restaurant and the OWNERS kids were playing with bouncy balls
all over the restaurant............the FIRST time it hit me, I kindly asked the waitress to see if someone could calm the kids down..............the second time it hit me, I told the waitress to cancel my order and let the restaurant owner know that I would never return because if he could not control his own kids, he was definitely incompetent to run a restaurant.
