I think that is a very smart idea to gauge responsibility towards an animal. I can't imagine how angry you must get at least on a weekly basis bc of seeing animals lacking care. Just being on this site since Feb. I am amazed at how many ppl post in the sick section and then do not follow the advice to get medical care for their pet. I don't know how you all in rescue and vet med deal w this on such a frequent basis.
