I groom Macy myself and nicked her a few grooming sessions ago - kind of in the same area. Hers was a nick, not a cut like Jackson's. I thought she was going to die the way she yelped and screamed. Your groomer knew exactly what she did to Jackson.

I also had a bad experience with a groomer. She gave Macy clipper burns under each armpit and didn't mention a thing. That is why I started doing it myself. I felt sick to my stomach when I thought about how it must have hurt to be burned by a hot clipper under her armpits - not only once, but twice.

As talented as you are and as obedient as Jackson is, have you thought about doing it yourself?
