I haven't taken Riley to a groomer, yet. I have heard so many horror stories, on here as well as from people in the neighborhood. I have just been scissoring him myself thus far... not sure how long that is going to last though. |
No she did not offer anything
I'm not one to try and get free things when people deserve their money, etc... but I also think it would have been nice for her to offer something! I am a dogwalker and if I have to cancel on someone, or mess up, I always offer a free day, etc.
And there were TWO nicks, on both sides of his legs!! One worse than the other but still. I KNOW he had to have yelped.
And the thing is I am sure he is not the easiest client, but I wish she would have told me. We have been a repeat customer and we spend a lot w/ all 3 dogs!! We always tip well. We have faithfully used her for over a year now, so I don't appreciate being uninformed.
