Yes! This is why I was upset, that she did not tell me!

I would be furious, but on the other hand, I understand being hesitant to go shopping for another groomer. No guarantee that more bad experiences aren't ahead. |
This is how I am feeling right now. She's the groomer I've by far been the happiest with hair-cut wise and I love that she's right in my driveway and done in an hour or less. And I can't beat the price. I'm just not sure if I should shop around or not. There are other options for mobile groomers but all of them would be basically double the price!

Yes, I'm so upset that *I* didn't notice until 2 days later.... he kept licking at that area and I know it happened from the groomer, there's no doubt about it. I knew I always read that was a sensitive area and to be careful, etc, and it's a razor cut to me.
I was also wondering if she was in a hurry. She actually called me that morning and asked if we wanted to move our appt. up because she got a cancellation. I couldn't get there as early as she asked for so I told her about an hour before our original appt. So she did my dads dogs first, Buddy and Lilly, and then I got there and she took Jackson so he was her last dog of the day and I am certainly thinking she was in a hurry (since his face was sloppier than usual, too).
