I can forgive bad haircuts- especially in a situation like this where the face is just a little too short- its not like the dog was supposed to be in show cut and is now shaved or something- but cutting my dog and not telling me I will never accept- I have in the past and would continue to leave a groomer for this. Sorry- but you can't injure my dog, not tell me and then trust me to leave my dog alone with you again. I need to totally, 1000% trust you with my dogs life in order to leave you alone with them, I never want to have to look back and say I should have stopped at THAT point.
