Oh My!! I would be very po'ed to say the least. The haircut I can forgive but not the nicks. That would be it for her. My vet charges $45 to clip Jackson - my maltese rescue. Zoey, my yorkie is not clipped. Gina, my darling one that passed last year never had a haircut her entire life. I did cut out mats but that was all.
