you are right about the fact that if Bentely does runaway and is gone the woman would no doubt replace him.. Was not thinking about that. Your also very patient and kind to your neighbor. Although frustrating your a problem solver. LIttle Bentely got very lucky to have such a nice lady looking after his needs when his owner is negligent. Education is the key and a whole lot of patience. Hopefully she will take your suggestions to heart and do something for Bentely. She sounds like she cares even though she placed blame on he own little kids.
