 Heartworm Treatment
I use the heatworms treatment year round. From the time we got lil bear till she was 4 we used heartguard, she would sit and do a happy dance everytime I would give it to her, then all of a sudden when she hit 4 she decided she hated the stuff and left me with 3 more months to go. I broke it in pieces, put it in food anything that would help but she turned her nose at and even spit it out a couple of times. I turns to giving it to her like you would a pill. When I told the vet she suggested Interceptor. We have been using it for a year and lil bear loves it cause it means she gets a piece of cheese. With moose the vet gave me a free sentanl (sp) but moose will be starting interceptor next month.....I am happy with it just make sure you hide it in something like cheese or peanut butter |
