 Update
Max and I are very thankful for all of the well wishes and support.
The ulcer was gone yesterday and the eyelids looked great by evening. We go back Tuesday for re-evaluation. I am still concerned about the spot where the eyelash was under the lid, although the doctor was not. He was leaning toward something else involving the corneal structure. We will see what he says on Tuesday, but no matter what, I have decided to ask for a referral for evaluation by a board certified ophthalmologist.
