That's what I'm upset about. I was also told (by the vet) on Friday that they would talk to the optho for me and give me a call on Saturday to update me. I never received a call. I only got a phone call on Tuesday at 5:30PM just to give me the phone number of the opthomologist so that I can call them myself and make the appt. Funny thing is that when I went to the opthomologist this is literally the first thing he told me after checking out his eye: When vets call him to talk to him about referring a client to an opthomologist the first thing they do is tell the vet to perform a skin test first to make sure before scheduling an appt. If my vet had spoken to the opthomologist like he said he would, this might have been avoided.
I'm sorry if I'm sounding petty about everything. I'm not upset about the money- I'm upset because I don't feel that my vet did everything he said he would (which was call the opthomologist to talk about Teddy).
