Wrongful death would probably be difficult, who would file it, there is no father on record, the grandparents aren't likely to do it. You're right, her legal battles aren't over, and the lady she accused of kidnapping Caylee (Zanny the Nanny aka Zenaida Gonzalez), is suing her in a civil suit. I pity anyone who's in her life or who cares about her.
On a sidenote Casey was offered several porn contracts, but the offer was withdrawn by L.A.'s Vivid Entertainment. Vivid chief Steven Hirsch seemed to speak for America when he stated:
