I've answered this in a PM, but as far as calling Animal Control, it's not going to happen. I have a personal experience with them in the past through attempted volunteer work as well as a conversation with the President of the organization. They are on the Humane Society's radar after having killed 175 animals in 1 day to make room for more. They WILL kill this dog.
I just noticed that the backyard of their house is somewhat fenced in. My house faces the front of their house, so I was only able to tell by sneaking around. The house is fenced on 3 sides but still allows for the dog to escape through the front. I created my own inexpensive makeshift fence for my boys that I built myself. This could be a super simple solution for them. Nobody is home today. Gosh, I would even allow them to drop their dog off at my house if they need to when they go to work. |
