Even if the jurors believed she drowned in the pool, she should have been found guilty of the third charge she was charged with, aggravated manslaughter. I don't think they listened to the instructions or read them during deliberations. |
Yep...you are 100% right. That is the LEAST they could have found her guilty of regarding her daughter.
SHE GETS OUT IN SIX DAYS. I AM SO DISGUSTED!!!!!!! (sorry for the all caps...but I really wanted to yell it!)
