Hire an interpreter and go have a talk with her. Or write out what you want to say on your computer and translate and print it out to give to her.
Next time he comes over, let him in, and don't return him right away. When she comes to get him, tell her you couldn't catch him.
This is so stressfull. Get the dog and give him to a friend who lives in a different neighborhood.
Print this thread and give it to her. You could translate it first.
