I have a neighbor who lives across from us, who does the same thing. Her little yorkie, Max, is often loose in front of her house. When I walk Ian, he'll run across the street to get to us. (We live on a cul-de-sac.) I end up having to pick up Ian because Max is a 3.6 pound wild

boy...he is not neutured. (Ian is 9.3 lbs.)
Some of my neighbors told me that they saw "my" yorkie running around, and I had to tell them that I would never let me dog outside without his leash, and that it was Max.
My biggest fear is that I will come home and see him laying in the street. I have told my neighbor several times that I would be afraid if I were her that someone would hit him, and not even know it. I also told her about coyote sightings as well as birds of prey. Max was out this morning...again.

I don't have any idea as to what you should do, because what I've been doing isn't working.
