I don't know who owns the home, as I've only been living here for a few years and have never met them. But, I'm sure I can find that info.
I'm happy to get the dog a harness and leash. I just don't think that she'll use it. I have a 20 foot leash that I can bring to her. She can just tie it to a chair while she's outside.
I thought about taking the dog for a few hours and letting her sweat it out. I can then bring the dog back later and say I found him down the road. It is against my better judgment though to teach someone that kind of lesson. |
