I don't get it, not one bit. I've been thinking all day how could this verdict happen? And be reached THAT fast? It seems completely implausible

I was on a jury case having to do w/ the rape of a 12 yr old by a 20 yr old man - also circumstantial. And we ended up a hung jury. There was no way the 12 of us could agree.

I just do not understand.
