Many thanks! It's good to celebrate even small successes! We aren't there yet, but she is making good progress. Still don't have my son's go-ahead to find her a new home, but I'm working on it. I don't think he's talked to my granddaughter about it yet. Sammy is a sweetheart and she needs her own. She would be perfect for a retired lady who wants a sweet companion and who has the time and patience to continue with her potty training. She would also be fine for a family with teenage kids, but her potty manners will need attention for a long time yet. I think she's come a long way since she's been with me from pretty much no potty manners to using the potty pad (almost) all the time.
