Oh yeah, OP asked for recipes....
I like mine with halved red grapes (seeded of course) which makes it a bit sweet but not too sweet. I also like a crunch, but I don't care for celery, so I like some onion, nuts (pecans chopped, or if I can afford it pine nuts, if I can't sunflower seeds), shredded carrots for some more color, a bit of mustard, salt and pepper. I like mine on buttered wheat bread untoasted, with lettuce and tomato.
