I have a pattern I bought that has the same concept except that it velcros on the side and not under the neck. I haven't made it yet but I am spending my weekend sewing. Walmart had a lot of their fabric on clearance so I was buying it up. My husband just sighed and walked away-he says if the dogs are this spoiled, how bad is it going to be when we have a baby?? Lol
