Sorry, but you still do not understand. She IS a breeder IF she is going to have puppies. Maybe she is not a miller, but anyone who breed dogs ARE breeders. They ALL have names. It might be a hobby breeder - often backyard breeder... Even those who have accidental litters ... they are still breeders aka irresponsible pet owners.
(In your case looks like it is a planned breeding)
