Omg Update: Moose sick after boarding again!

Hi everyone..

An update on Moose-

He has stayed at Pet Paradise Resort everytime we've went out of town for over 2 years now. He has never had a problem there before and is SO happy to go there that we can't even say the word "Pet Paradise" or he gets so excited to go that we can't do anything with him! He absolutely loves it there and we've never brought him back from there where he was sick in over 2 years now.

That being said, for his last 3 visits, he has returned with vomiting/and or diarrhea every single time. Although the staff is noticing and treating the tummy upset they have no explanation as to why it is happening and no other dogs are sick. The only thing they have changed is their food policy- they will no longer leave food down all day because of food gorging. Moose is a grazer and eats throughout the day so I am wondering if this could be the source? They agreed to put food out 3x a day and they said he was eating however the diarrhea has occurred the last 3 visits he has had there.

We have always adored Pet Paradise for the attention and care they give to Moose and it is handsdown his favorite place to be- but him being sick 3x in a row upon returning means something is going wrong there- and they have no explanations. I am taking Moose to the vet tomm am to see if they can help but in the meantime...any ideas as to why this is happening everytime?

1. Boarding is stressful? But Moose loves it there so so much and cannot wait to go everytime.
2. Not eating? They are not leaving his food out all day but say that he eats most of his meals.
3. Pancreatitis?
4. He had LP and corrective surgery a year and a half ago and his back legs are usually pretty sore after returning home because he plays so much with the other dogs there. Would this cause diarrhea everytime?

Sorry for the long 3am post- I've been up with him all night long! Thanks guys!
