I agree with using Oatmeal Shampoo.... we had a schnauzer that was allergic to grass and it really helped soothe her skin. We also used an oatmeal spray that we got from the vet. Hopefully if she continues with allergy issues (& hopefully they get MUCH better with meds, diet, & staying away from the grass), you can give her some relief, too.
