I have had the same problem...I finally had to purchase a containment pen from Petsmart and place her in there with a pad. It's alot easier to clean up. Nothings more frustrating then coming home from work and having to break down the crate to clean it, then giving the dog a bath.
I would love to be able to get an experts opinion about this housebreaking issue. I had a medium size breed who lived for 10 years. She weighed about 65 pounds full grown. After she was housebroken she had one accident her whole life and that was it. I don't know whether its the Yorkshire Terrier breed or small dogs in general, but have yet to meet someone who has said that there dog is 100% housebroken. I have talked to several people about this. There's nothing worse than having an animal poop and pee in the place that you call home. I am new to this breed and love there personalities, little guard dogs, non-shedding, but this housebreaking can be very very frustrating, almost a deal breaker. Ceasar Milan help!!!!!
