I think that it is totally wrong for a neighbor not to have their dogs under control.. Allowing them to get in other people's property regardless if the yard is fenced or not is very irresponsible. I would be angry too. Those 2 dogs are big, and I would feel threatend if they came too close to my babies. Poor little yorkie girl pottying all over herself in fear. Not a good experience for any of you guys. Their are leash laws , so if it was the last thing I could do was to get animal control invloved then I would . It is for the safety of the dogs as well as it is the law.. Are their leash laws wher you live? They could be fined ... Some people just do not care, or they are just plain clueless .
